Malvern USA Sports & Cultural Club was formed in January 1997. There were quite a number of players who migrated from Trinidad and Tobago either current members or played in the US at that time, who played Field Hockey previously for the Trinidad based Club "Malvern Sports Club", hence we decided to get together to form our own club in the US and name it Malvern USA.

Under the guidance of Jeff Grosvenor our first President we were definitely heading in the right direction. A combination of Jeff and Mike Grannum as our coach, saw the merger of Malvern USA and Tristate Falcons in February 1999, and we became Malvern/Tristate.

The beginning of 2002 saw another transition for the Club. Malvern USA decided they would be better off on their own, since the death of Mike Grannum and the migration of Jeff Grosvenor. Once more we are Malvern USA Field Hockey. This decision was finalised March 01, 2002.
